  OUR SERVICES AND ADDITIONAL CONDITIONS FOR RECRUITERS

  1. Recruiters following registration will immediately be able to post positions in real time on the SELECT Legal Recruitment website. On registration your default job limit will be set to ten, allowing you to post 10 active positions immediately. In the event the recruiter requires additional slots, the recruiter can increase their job limit in multiples of 20, 40, and 80, up to unlimited via their personal management area. Recruiters that require less than 10 job slots will be able to contact SELECT Legal to reduce their job limit to the minimal 1 active job slot if required, or contact SELECT Legal to instruct the post of the vacancy on their behalf. You will be invoiced according to how many job slots your account is set for (job limit).
  2. Recruiters will, for one month following registration be able to post 10 active jobs without charge. Prior to the expiration of the free promotion, the recruiter will be able to instruct SELECT Legal to disable the service immediately or the Recruiter will be able to increase the job limit according to their requirements, this done by your secure personal management area.
  3. In the event the recruiter continues with the subscription to our services you will be invoiced for one year’s subscription according to their job limit .For the avoidance of doubt the twelve months subscription runs from the expiration of initial registering. (Essentially the recruiter will get 13 months subscription for the price of 12 months).
  4. It is the sole responsibility of the recruiter to contact SELECT Legal with regards to terminating the service at the expiration of the first month, should the recruiter wish to do so, failing which the service will continue and you will be invoiced accordingly.
  5. After successful registration, a recruiter will have the facility to update their own job limit (slots) as required, creating an automated email to SELECT Legal to advise of the additional service, and to process an invoice on a pro-rata basis, payable within 28 days from the date of invoice.
    The job limit of any recruiter determines the number of active jobs that can be added and facilitated in our search engine at any one time; although the recruiter may add as many posts as required (additional jobs after limit is reached are set to Deactive). If you fill your job slot quota, you will be unable to activate any further vacancies, whether they are additional vacancies or it is necessary to activate an existing vacancy. Recruiters will have the option to juggle the status of their vacancy profile as necessary. This feature also caters for those vacancies, which for any circumstance may be put on hold until such a time the status of the vacancy is reactivated.
    It is the sole responsibility of the recruiter to update the status of any filled position to ‘Post Filled’. This option will essentially delete the vacancy from your profile, where having previously been active, will thereby free a job slot.
  6. Recruiters may wish to fill positions on an ad hoc anonymous basis, where they are seeking to protect the identity and the nature of the position. In that regard we offer a traditional recruitment consultancy service, where the position with an agreed job specification will be posted under SELECT Legal’s own recruitment profile. We will screen CVs and only forward those which are appropriate to your position, having first obtained the express consent of the candidate.
  7. For the successful placement of a candidate introduced to an employer as a result of an instruction referred to in paragraph 7 above, the employer will be charged 12.5% of the employees starting salary.
  8. Where an employee is engaged as a result of an introduction referred to in paragraph 7, on a contract basis, then SELECT Legal will invoice the employer at a rate of 20% of the employee’s hourly rate for the duration of the contract.
  9. All recruiter registrations include the following:
    • Link to your own website
    • Profiled job pages
    • Full colour profile logo and thumbnail logo in our directories
  10. Rates are as follows:
    • 1 Job slot £200.00 until such time as the recruiter has filled the position

    • 10 Job slots £2000 Per Annum
    • 20 Job slots £3000 Per Annum
    • 40 Job slots £4000 Per Annum
    • 80 Job slots £6,000 Per Annum
    • Unlimited Job slots £8,000 Per Annum
  11. All charges referred to above are subject to VAT at the prevailing rate.
  12. Accepted payments can be made by way of cheques, Direct Debit and Standing Orders.
OUR SERVICE TO CANDIDATES

  1. Candidates have the facility to search our database of vacancies, applying to those of interest online. When applying for any job, simply enter your name, contact number, email address, and attach your CV. Your CV will then be sent direct to the relevant recruiter.
  2. SELECT Legal Recruitment currently only accepts CV’s in the following formats: Portable Document Formats (PDF), Word Documents (DOC) and Text files (TXT)
  3. Our Candidate Profiles are currently under development and will be available to candidates by the beginning of October. This additional service will allow candidates to create a profile online, where recruiters will be able to search our database of candidates to suit their vacant positions. The profile will be self-managing allowing the candidate to activate and deactivate there profile when necessary. Additionally, candidates can upload their CV for Recruiters to download should the recruiter be interested in taking the candidate application further in their recruitment process. All communications between the candidate and the recruiter at this stage are direct, cutting out the intermediary and saving considerable time, making the recruitment process more efficient.
